Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu, Nepal’s vibrant capital. Transfer to your hotel and prepare for the exciting adventure ahead. Evening orientation and brief about the trek.
Orientation and Shopping
Orientation and last-minute shopping for trekking gear. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Drive to Manthali and Fly to Lukla, Trek to Phakding
Early morning drive to Manthali Airport (4-5 hours), followed by a 30-minute flight to Lukla. Start your trek from Lukla to Phakding (3-4 hours), passing through forests and small Sherpa villages. Overnight at Phakding.
Trek to Namche Bazaar
Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (6-7 hours), the gateway to the Everest region. Enjoy stunning views of Everest, Lhotse, and the surrounding peaks. Overnight at Namche Bazaar.
Acclimatization Day – Visit Khumjung
Rest day to acclimatize, with a short trek to the village of Khumjung. Visit the Khumjung Monastery and the famous Yeti skull, before returning to Namche.
Trek to Deboche
Trek to Deboche (5-6 hours), passing through the peaceful rhododendron forests and ancient monasteries. Enjoy views of Mount Everest and Ama Dablam along the way.
Trek to Dingboche
Trek to Dingboche (6-7 hours), another picturesque village offering panoramic mountain views. Dingboche is a key stop for acclimatization and a great place to rest.
Acclimatization Day – Trek to Nagarjuna Viewpoint
Acclimatization day with a short hike to Nagarjuna Hill (5,000m / 16,404ft) for stunning views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and other Himalayan giants. Return to Dingboche for the night.
Trek to Lobuche
Trek to Lobuche (4-5 hours), passing through alpine meadows and yak pastures. The scenery becomes even more dramatic as you approach higher altitudes.
Trek to Everest Base Camp (5,364m / 17,593ft), Then to Gorak Shep (5,180m / 16,990ft)
A long day of trekking (8-9 hours), first to Everest Base Camp, the ultimate destination of your trek. After visiting the base camp, continue to Gorak Shep for the night.
Climb Kala Patthar (5,620m / 18,433ft), Return to Pheriche (4,220m / 13,841ft)
Early morning climb to Kala Patthar for a breathtaking panoramic view of Mount Everest, Lhotse, and the Khumbu Icefall. Descend to Pheriche (6-7 hours), a village in the Khumbu Valley, for the night.
Trek to Namche Bazaar
Trek back to Namche Bazaar (7-8 hours), descending through beautiful rhododendron forests and Sherpa villages.
Trek to Lukla
Complete the final leg of the trek back to Lukla (6-7 hours). Celebrate your incredible journey with your trekking crew.
Fly Back to Kathmandu
Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel and relax after your epic adventure.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

At The Lift Himalaya Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our payment and cancellation policies below:
Deposit Requirement:
A 50% deposit of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment details will be provided during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the trek start date: A 30% fee will be deducted from your deposit to cover international banking fees and administrative charges.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before the trek start date: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- If the full package cost has already been paid, 70% of the deposit will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 90 days of cancellation.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank’s processing times, it may take up to 90 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Force Majeure and Special Circumstances:
In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen events), special terms may apply. Refunds in such cases will be handled on an individual basis.
