Day
Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be picked up from the airport and transferred to your hotel. Relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Orientation, Sightseeing and Shopping
Meet your guide and fellow climbers for an orientation session. Spend the rest of the day and visit two UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu: Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa.
Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding
Early morning flight to Lukla (30 minutes), a gateway to the Everest region. Trek from Lukla to Phakding (3-4 hours), passing through beautiful landscapes and Sherpa villages.
Trek to Namche Bazaar
Trek through beautiful rhododendron forests and cross suspension bridges to reach Namche Bazaar (5-6 hours). Enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
A rest day in Namche for acclimatization. Optional hike to the Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, and other surrounding peaks. Explore the local market and enjoy the vibrant Sherpa culture.
Trek to Debuche
Trek to Debuche (5-6 hours) along a scenic route with views of Everest, Lhotse, and other surrounding peaks. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and stay overnight at Debuche.
Trek to Dingboche
Continue the trek to Dingboche (5-6 hours), a beautiful village located in the heart of the Khumbu region. The village offers spectacular views of Ama Dablam and other Himalayan peaks.
Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
Acclimatization hike to Nagarjuna Hill (5,000m / 16,404ft) for panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, and other peaks.
Return to Dingboche for the night.
Trek to Lobuche
Trek to Lobuche (6-7 hours) through alpine meadows and past yak pastures.
The scenery becomes increasingly dramatic as you get closer to higher altitudes
Trek to Everest Base Camp and Return to Gorak Shep
A long day of trekking (8-9 hours), visiting Everest Base Camp (5,364m / 17,593ft).
After taking in the views of the Everest region, head to Gorak Shep for the night.
Climb Kala Patthar (5,620m / 18,433ft) and Return to Dingboche (4,420m / 14,497ft)
Early morning ascent to Kala Patthar for breathtaking views of Mount Everest and the surrounding peaks.
Descend to Dingboche (5-6 hours) for the night.
Trek to Island Peak Base Camp
Trek to the Island Peak Base Camp (6-7 hours), where you’ll prepare for the upcoming climb.

Summit Day – Island Peak
Early morning start for your summit attempt (8-10 hours).

Payment and Cancellation Policy

At The Lift Himalaya Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our payment and cancellation policies below:
Deposit Requirement:
A 50% deposit of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment details will be provided during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the trek start date: A 30% fee will be deducted from your deposit to cover international banking fees and administrative charges.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before the trek start date: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- If the full package cost has already been paid, 70% of the deposit will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 90 days of cancellation.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank’s processing times, it may take up to 90 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Force Majeure and Special Circumstances:
In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen events), special terms may apply. Refunds in such cases will be handled on an individual basis.
