Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive at Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Orientation and briefing about the trek. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Kathmandu Sightseeing and Preparation
Visit Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, such as Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Boudhanath Stupa, and Pashupatinath. Finalize permits and prepare for the trek
Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi
Take a scenic drive to Syabrubesi, the starting point of the trek (approximately 7-8 hours). Enjoy the journey through winding roads, passing local villages and terraced farmland.
Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel
Begin your trek through Syabrubesi and follow the Langtang River upstream. Trek through beautiful bamboo forests and small Tamang villages. Reach Lama Hotel, a small settlement with stunning views of the surrounding peaks.
Lama Hotel to Langtang Village
Continue trekking through lush forests of rhododendron and pine trees. As you approach Langtang Village, enjoy views of Langtang Lirung (7,227m) and other peaks.
Langtang Village to Kyanging Gompa
Trek towards Kyanging Gompa, the religious and cultural heart of the Langtang Valley. As you approach, enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding peaks, including Langtang Lirung and Ganchenpo.
Rest and Acclimatization Day in Kyanging Gompa
Spend the day acclimatizing to the altitude. Explore the Kyanging Gompa monastery and surrounding areas. Optionally, take a short hike to Tsergo Ri (4,998m/16,432ft) for a spectacular panoramic view of the Langtang range.
Kyanging Gompa to Lama Hotel
Begin your descent back to Lama Hotel. The trek down is easier and faster, but still offers great views of the valley and surrounding peaks.
Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi
Continue your descent through the forests and along the Langtang River to reach Syabrubesi. Enjoy the last day of trekking through the lush landscapes and small villages
Drive from Syabrubesi to Kathmandu
Take a scenic drive back to Kathmandu. Relax in your hotel or explore any remaining attractions in the city.
Departure from Kathmandu
Depending on your flight time, you can explore more of Kathmandu or rest before your departure. Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your onward journey

Payment and Cancellation Policy

At The Lift Himalaya Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our payment and cancellation policies below:
Deposit Requirement:
A 50% deposit of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment details will be provided during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the trek start date: A 30% fee will be deducted from your deposit to cover international banking fees and administrative charges.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before the trek start date: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- If the full package cost has already been paid, 70% of the deposit will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 90 days of cancellation.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank’s processing times, it may take up to 90 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Force Majeure and Special Circumstances:
In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen events), special terms may apply. Refunds in such cases will be handled on an individual basis.
