Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. Transfer to your hotel and prepare for the upcoming adventure.
Orientation, Sightseeing and Shopping
Meet your guide for an orientation session. Spend the rest of the day and visit two UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu: Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa.
Fly to Lukla & Trek to Phakding
Take a 40-minute scenic flight to Lukla. Begin your trek to Phakding (3-4 hours) along the Dudh Kosi River
Phakding to Namche Bazaar
Trek through beautiful forests and cross thrilling suspension bridges on the way to Namche Bazaar (5-6 hours).
Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
Rest day to acclimatize to the altitude. Optional trek to Everest View Hotel for stunning panoramic views of Everest and surrounding peaks.
Namche Bazaar to Debuche
Trek to Debuche, with views of Everest, Lhotse, and the surrounding Himalayas (5-6 hours).
Debuche to Dingboche
Continue your ascent to Dingboche (5-6 hours), a scenic village offering amazing mountain views.
Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
Another rest day to allow your body to adjust to the high altitude. Hike to Nagarjun Hill for spectacular views of Ama Dablam and Makalu.
Dingboche to Ama Dablam Base Camp
Trek to the base camp of Ama Dablam (5-6 hours), where you will set up camp and begin your preparations.
Acclimatization & Pre-climb Training at Base Camp
Participate in technical training sessions and practice climbing techniques to prepare for the summit.
Climbing Ama Dablam
Over the next several days, you’ll ascend higher camps, tackling the challenging climb to the summit. Expect days of technical climbing, with rest periods in between to maximize your chances of a successful summit.
Trek Back to Lukla
Descend back to Lukla after summiting, and celebrate the success of your climb.
Fly Back to Kathmandu
Take a flight back to Kathmandu from Lukla.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

At The Lift Himalaya Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our payment and cancellation policies below:
Deposit Requirement:
A 50% deposit of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment details will be provided during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the trek start date: A 30% fee will be deducted from your deposit to cover international banking fees and administrative charges.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before the trek start date: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
- If the full package cost has already been paid, 70% of the deposit will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 90 days of cancellation.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank’s processing times, it may take up to 90 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Force Majeure and Special Circumstances:
In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen events), special terms may apply. Refunds in such cases will be handled on an individual basis.
